Ingredients
1 Pork Tenderloin (about 1 lb)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for a thicker sauce)
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.

Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

Step 5: Pour half of the sauce over the pork and transfer the skillet to the oven.

Step 6: Roast for 18–22 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 7: Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Step 8: Meanwhile, simmer the remaining sauce in a small saucepan for 2–3 minutes. For a thicker glaze, whisk in the cornstarch.

Step 9: Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sliced pork before serving.
